Q: What areas do you service?

A: Carolina Coolers services the Greater Charlotte Area including all of Mecklenburg County, York County, Union County, eastern Gaston County, Cabarrus County and southern Iredell County.  If you have any questions regarding our services areas and if your business is located within them, please contact the office.

Q: Are there hidden charges?

A: No! We have a flat monthly rate that includes the cost of the unit plus twice yearly maintenance.  Your bill will be exactly the same every month.

Q: How is billing set up?

A: We invoice based on your company’s needs.  We can invoice monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Q: Can you set up automatic payments?

A: Yes! If you would like to leave a credit card on file, we would be happy to set you up on automatic  bill pay.

Q: What is BioCote?

A: BioCote is an additional layer of protection that comes standard on every unit.  It utilizes silver ion technology to inhibit microbial growth making our products safer, cleaner and more hygenic to use.

Q: What are the benefits of having an ultraviolet light in the unit?

A: Ultraviolet light disrupts the DNA structure of bacteria and other living organisms that are found in water.  The cold water storage tanks found in water coolers can create ideal conditions for biofilm/slime build up; UV sanitation prevents this from happening.  Ultraviolet sanitation is an additional layer of protection built into every Innowave unit as a standard feature.

Q: How often will you need access to our office/facility?

A: Unlike bottled water companies, our units only need twice yearly service.  While at your office/facility, we not only change the filters, but perform routine maintenance and clean the unit/s.
